Our association is professionally managed by Home-Land Neighborhood Management, LLC.
Formed in 2005, HLNM manages all day to day activities of the association and provides advice
to the HOA on matters that concern the property owners of Adderley Gardens. We are also
responsible for collecting annual assessments used to provide landscape, irrigation, lighting, gate,
insurance etc.
HLNM, LLC was formed by Brad D. Wilkinson, a resident of Madison and a real estate broker and lawyer with his offices in Flowood. Michele Harris, CPA, also a part of HLNM, handles all the financial aspects of the association.
